Tragbare Farben in enger Verbindung mit der Natur schaffen – diese Palette wurde von irischen Mooren, Bergblumen und moosbewachsenen Waldflüssen inspiriert.

Yeti fühlt sich leicht und seidig an und besteht zu gleichen Teilen aus Yak- und Maulbeerseidenfasern, die zu einem feinen Fingergarn gesponnen werden, um Kleidungsstücke zu schaffen, die so leicht wie eine Feder sind.

Dieses Garn ist ein wunderbares Kleidungsstück für das ganze Jahr – sowohl Yak als auch Seide wirken temperaturregulierend.

Yak ist eine der teuersten Fasern der Welt – da sie wärmer als Schafwolle und dennoch so weich wie Kaschmir ist, hält sie Sie bei Bedarf warm und kuschelig.

Es ist strapazierfähig , langlebig, weich, warm und leicht.

Flexible Wollschnur mit natürlichem Sackleinenkern. Diese Kordel besteht aus 100 % ungefärbter Wolle, die um einen Sackleinenkern gewickelt ist. Ideal für Bastelprojekte im Innenbereich, z. B.: Hocker, Matten, Sitze, Teppiche.


Ich habe kürzlich einen Teppich aus diesem schönen Garn gewebt und war überrascht, wie wenig man braucht, um eine große Fläche zu bedecken. Der Teppich ist robust, saugfähig und sehr strapazierfähig.

100% Wool | Lace Weight | Naturally Dyed

Lása is a uniquely fine yarn in our range — delicate, luminous, and deeply responsive to natural colour.

Traditionally considered a weaving yarn, its exceptionally fine structure and strength make it equally suited to lace knitting, held double knitting, or carried alongside other yarns to add depth and subtle colour variation.

Its smooth surface allows natural dyes to penetrate deeply, producing rich, saturated colours with beautiful tonal depth whilst remaining softly semi-solid.

Though fine, Lása retains strength and cohesion, making it a joy to work with for lace makers, weavers, and knitters drawn to delicate structures.

The wool is sourced and spun entirely in Peru. Each skein is then naturally dyed at AppleOak FibreWorks using traditional, sustainable natural dye methods and dye materials.

Character

Lása is exceptionally fine yet strong, allowing for delicate structures with excellent durability.

Its smooth surface produces deep, luminous natural colour with subtle tonal variation. When held double or combined with other yarns, it adds depth, softness, and colour complexity.

Care

Hand wash gently in cool water
Reshape whilst damp
Dry flat

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight when drying.

Shade continuity

Each skein is dyed using traditional natural dye methods. Subtle variation between skeins is a natural and valued characteristic of natural dyeing.

For larger projects, we recommend alternating skeins during use.
