Handcrafted Sari Silk Fibre Bundles

Discover the vibrant beauty of recycled sari silk fibres; available in bright yellow, turquoise, violet or multi-colour. They are a little work of art, perfect for textile artists and fibre enthusiasts. You can choose individual colours or select a mixed bag for a blend of shades.

Material & Processing

  • 100% Silk – luxurious and naturally lustrous, made from recycled sari weaving offcuts.

  • The fibres are carded/pulled into a soft, cohesive texture with a smooth, silky feel – ideal for spinning, felting, or adding unique textural detail.

Uses

  • Hand Spinning: Short staple fibre that requires a little extra twist – produces beautiful, glossy singles or plied yarns, perfect for art yarns or soft accessories.

  • Felting: Excellent for Nuno felting techniques, surface embellishment, or texture effects in both needle and wet felting.

  • Colour Accents: Combine with other fibres for stunning tweed-like effects or use sparingly for lustrous pops of colour in your yarn.
