We ship worldwide with An Post Express (tracked).
For larger or urgent orders, DHL Express can be arranged — please email us before ordering.

All orders are packed carefully using plastic-free sustainable packaging.


Ireland & Northern Ireland

An Post Express (tracked)

Free shipping on orders over €75 within Ireland may be available — see the site banner for current offers.


Europe & UK

An Post Express (tracked)

Free shipping on orders over €100 may be available — see the site banner for current offers.

DHL Express available on request.


United States

An Post Express (tracked)

All US orders now ship duty-paid (DDP).

This means:

  • Import duties and taxes are prepaid

  • No additional customs charges on delivery

  • Your parcel will arrive just like a normal tracked shipment

Canada

An Post Express (tracked)

Free shipping on orders over €150 may be available — see the site banner for current offers.

Australia & Rest of World

Taxes & Import Duties (Non-EU destinations)

Import taxes, duties and carrier handling fees may apply for destinations outside the EU unless stated otherwise at checkout.

For example, US orders ship duty-paid, meaning no additional fees on delivery.

Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.


International Returns (Non-EU) — Customs on Returned Parcels

For returns sent from outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, UK), please email us before posting so we can provide an RMA and customs wording.

To avoid re-import charges on our side:

Mark the parcel and customs form as:

“Returned goods – failed sale (no commercial value)”

Do not mark the parcel as “merchandise” or “gift”.

Include inside the parcel:

  • a copy of the original invoice

  • your order number

Where possible, use your national postal service rather than courier companies to minimise brokerage fees.

If we are billed import VAT/duty or carrier handling fees because the parcel was incorrectly declared, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, we will cover reasonable return costs — please contact us first.


Returns Caused by Unpaid Import Charges

If a parcel is returned or abandoned because the recipient refused to pay applicable import duties, tariffs or handling fees required by their country, no refund will be issued due to the labour and preparation involved in packing the order.

(This does not apply to US orders, which ship duty-paid.)
