Chiara Wool Socks – Naturally Dyed | Lightweight, Breathable | EU 38–45

Soft, light, and naturally beautiful.
Chiara is our lightest wool sock, now available in six naturally dyed colours.
Made from a breathable blend of 90% wool and 10% unbleached organic cotton, these socks are soft enough for all-day comfort and durable enough for daily wear.

🌱 Naturally Dyed in Small Batches
Each pair is hand-dyed using traditional botanical dyes. Slight variations in tone are a natural part of the process, making each pair unique. Your socks may be lighter or darker than pictured—but always beautiful.

🌿 Available Colours & Natural Dyes

Colour Natural Dye Notes
Yellow Buckthorn Keep out of sunlight. May age to a warmer golden yellow.
Green Weld + Iron Sage green tone. Iron present.
Blue Indigo Traditional vat dye. May rub off slightly during first wear.
Purple Cochineal Cochineal is an insect dye
Pink Cochineal Cochineal is an insect dye
Terracotta Madder Soft brick-red tone from the madder root.

  • Body: 90% wool, 10% unbleached organic cotton

  • Cuff: Same blend, with a thin elastic thread in the cuff only (<1%)

🧼 Care Instructions

  • Wash inside-out by hand or on 30 °C wool/delicate cycle

  • Use pH-neutral wool soap only

  • Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean

  • Avoid enzymes, vinegar, bicarbonate, and softeners

  • Dry in the shade or flat to preserve colours

  • Rotate wears every few days for longevity

  • Store with cedar or lavender to protect fibres
