Silky, smooth bamboo fibre for spinning, blending and felting
This long-staple bamboo fibre top is beautifully smooth and lustrous, drafting easily for spinning and fibre blending.
Bamboo adds a soft sheen, drape and lightness to handspun yarns and works especially well when blended with wool, alpaca or silk. It can also be used in felting projects where its smooth fibres create subtle highlights and decorative textures.
Although bamboo can be spun on its own, many spinners enjoy blending it with animal fibres to add softness and shine.
