Natural Wool Fillings for Crafts & Textiles

Soft natural wool fibres suitable for stuffing, filling and textile craft work. These fibres provide loft, resilience and warmth, making them ideal for toys, cushions, dolls and textile projects.

Three wool preparations are available depending on the intended use.

The airy structure of carded wool helps projects fill evenly and maintain their shape.

Fibre Details

Organic Stuffing Wool

• Carded South German wool
• EN 71 certified (DIN EN 71-3:2021)
• From controlled organic animal husbandry (kbT)
• Short staple fibre with excellent loft

Non-Organic Stuffing Wool

• Carded South German wool
• Short staple fibre with good loft
• Suitable for stuffing and filling work

Lanolin-Rich Wool

• 100% wool
• Fibre fineness approx. 28 micron
• Natural creamy white colour
• High residual lanolin content
• Wool from Germany
• Processed in Germany

Care

Finished textiles containing wool should be hand washed gently in lukewarm water and dried flat.

Our Creative Fibre Packs are carefully assembled from the wonderful assortment of natural fibres, fabrics and textiles that pass through our studio. Rather than letting these beautiful remnants go to waste, we give them the opportunity to inspire new ideas and creative projects.

Each pack is completely unique and contains a carefully selected mixture of materials from our workshop. Some pieces may be naturally dyed by us, others may be undyed or commercially produced natural fibres. Every bundle offers a surprise waiting to be discovered.
