A true gem of a fabric. ROMBIA is a soft, lightweight, open-knit natural linen in a soft light beige tone. The delicate lace-like texture and gentle shimmer make this cloth ideal for breezy summer garments, flowing scarves, and elegant, sheer curtains.
Made from 100% flax linen, ROMBIA offers a beautiful drape, subtle transparency, and the understated glow that only true linen provides. Light, breathable, and full of movement, it brings effortless style and comfort to any project.
The Fabric
This is a natural knit linen with a delicate open pattern and airy feel. Though lightweight, the cloth has natural strength thanks to the resilience of flax fibre. The shimmer in the yarn adds a quiet elegance, while the open weave provides breathability. It is not pre-washed, so a soft shrinkage of 10–15% is expected on first wash.

The Environment
Linen is a low-impact, highly sustainable fibre. Flax needs minimal water, grows in poor soil, and is entirely usable—from root to seed. ROMBIA is a biodegradable, compostable, and naturally elegant textile for eco-conscious makers.
Health & Comfort
Linen is hypoallergenic, cooling, and soothing to the skin. It’s especially loved by those with heat sensitivity, allergies, or prickly heat, and helps regulate body temperature naturally.
Care
ROMBIA loves to be washed gently and dried flat. It doesn’t require ironing—its creased, lived-in look is part of its charm. Over time, it softens further and retains its unique texture and drape.
