ORANGE COSMOS SEEDS (Cosmos sulphureus)

Cosmos sulphureus, commonly known as Orange Cosmos, produces abundant single flowers in warm shades of yellow, orange, and deep amber. With their open daisy-like form and fine, feathery foliage, these plants bring both lightness and energy to the dye garden. Easy to grow and generous in bloom, Cosmos sulphureus is well suited to natural dyeing and especially eco-printing, yielding clear, sunny hues and warm golden tones on fibre.
Dye Fastness: Poor to Medium (best on protein fibres, with alum mordant)
